Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of LimoServicesInSanDiego.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for airport transfers and special events. Cancellation policies are as follows:
- Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup: Full charge
- No-shows: Full charge
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include applicable taxes and tolls. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
Wait Time Policy
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from actual landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of wait time is included. Additional wait time is billed at $1 per minute.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited. Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by their actions.
Limitation of Liability
LimoServicesInSanDiego.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, accidents, or acts of God.
